In order to strengthen the management of stone processing drawing design and preparation, improve the quality level of drawing design and production, provide accurate basis for production, processing and construction, and facilitate processing and construction.


On the basis of the current relevant national design documents, according to the characteristics of the industry, and on the basis of summing up years of experience and the processing characteristics of stone products, the standard regulations on the design drawings of stone processing are made in the following aspects. This standard mainly refers to the length of design drawings, requirements for plan, elevation and profile drawings, graphic symbols and dimensions.




1、 Drawing requirements


1. It is specified that A4 drawings are generally used for stone processing drawings (A3 drawings are generally strictly controlled). Except for special requirements, drawings larger than A2 are required to be split into A4 or A3 drawings.


2. The drawings are required to be clear and beautiful, and the details (when the drawings cannot be read normally) need to be magnified locally. Try not to use more than one drawing to express what can be expressed in one drawing. The detail part is usually magnified proportionally (even multiple). The above requirements are aimed at helping the workshop to read the drawings and understand the drawings after the processing order is copied, and reducing energy consumption at the same time.


Note: For small projects or relatively simple drawings, the floor and wall can be shown in one drawing, and perspective drawing is recommended.




2、 Layout plan


1. The stone drawing must have an overall plan and indicate the detailed name of each part, such as the entrance position, elevator hall, lobby, etc.

2. Large and medium-sized projects and special projects must have a plane location distribution map and elevation index map, and the primary and secondary location relationships of each part must be indicated on the drawings.


3. Because of the particularity of stone, we must indicate the requirements of stone texture when making drawings.

3、 Elevation requirements


1. The wall expansion drawing shall correspond to the serial numbers indicated in the plan, and the positions of doors and windows shall be clearly indicated in the drawing.


2. The wall shall be unfolded in sequence from left to right, and the place where the yin and yang are transferred shall be marked.


3. Elevation is the drawing with the most processing information, which includes the texture, size, thickness, edge grinding, material type and position relationship during processing.


4. In the elevation of stone, the grain direction of stone must be indicated.

4、 SECTION REQUIREMENTS


1. The section drawing is divided into the following sections: full section, stepped section, partial section, half section, etc. The section drawing shall be used reasonably for sections and Guangxi (including the assembly relationship between stone and other materials), and shall be expressed accurately and clearly.


2. In addition to the section location line, the section direction line shall be added to the section drawing, which is perpendicular to the section location line, but no intersection is allowed. The number of the section drawing shall be written on the same side of the section direction. No matter the cutting position line or the cutting direction line is horizontal, vertical or inclined, the number shall be written horizontally.




5、 Symbols for drawings


1. Dimensioning


a、 Closed dimension chain is allowed in the drawing and is preferred. It is not allowed to require the operator to calculate the size manually (which is reflected in the drawing as manually changing the size). When marking, the overall dimension and sub dimension shall be aligned with the overall dimension (length dimension). What need to be indicated are: extension line, dimension line, dimension start/stop symbol, dimension number.


b、 Elevation symbol: the elevation symbol is represented by an isosceles triangle, and the unit is (m). The marking accuracy shall be marked to the third place after the decimal point. Note the second place after the decimal point on the general layout.


c、 The zero position is marked with "± 0.000", the positive elevation is marked with "+", and the negative elevation must be marked with "-".


2. Outgoing line


a、 The outgoing line is a thin solid line drawn in a horizontal direction, or a 30 degree, 45 degree, 60 degree, 90 degree oblique line drawn to the marked position is thick, and the horizontal line is redrawn. The text is generally marked above the horizontal line, and the index symbol is at the end of the horizontal line.


b、 When several outgoing lines with the same meaning are quoted at the same time, the outgoing lines need to be arranged in parallel with each other.


3. Symmetrical symbol


a、 To complete the symmetrical pattern, you can draw symmetrical symbols on the symmetrical line. The whole pattern can be represented by drawing a general pattern.


b、 Symmetry symbols use dotted lines to represent symmetry lines, and use short parallel lines at both ends of symmetry lines. The length of equal short segments on both sides of the symmetry line is equal.


4. Connection symbol


a、 The connection symbol uses a broken line to indicate the position where the connection is determined.


b、 One side of the drawings at both ends of the break line shall use capital Latin letters to indicate the connection number, and the two connected drawings shall use the same letter number.


5. Material legend


a、 The filling of material legends shall be carried out in accordance with the prevailing national architectural drawing standards. The legends used shall be properly proportioned, evenly spaced, dense, thin lines, correct diagrams, and different legends shall be clear and identifiable without confusion.


b、 When the same legend is used for different products of the same material, it shall be explained in accurate words.


c、 When the fill legend cannot be drawn, it should be explained in text.




6、 Partial enlarged drawing and node detail drawing


1. The key parts in processing and the parts that need to be highlighted will be represented by drawing node details.


2. Detailed modeling dimensions and enlarged drawings of material composition shall be indicated as required, and shall be drawn to scale.  


3. The common scale of enlarged drawing is 1:1; 1:2; 1:5; 1:10; 1:20; 1:50; 1: 100 (The enlarged drawing of stone generally adopts even times in the processing list).


4. The drawings have priority and are agreed to be arranged in the lower right corner of the drawings.




7、 Dimension style specification


1. The dimension style generally adopts the building marking style, and the text is centered in the standard dimension method.


2. It is specified that all fonts in the drawings shall be in Song Dynasty style, with the font inclination of 10 degrees and the width ratio of 0.7.


3. It is specified that the self lifting height is about 3mm (accurate to 3.333333mm) relative to the A4 figure.


4. It is specified that in A4 drawings, the extension line is generally about 2mm beyond the dimension line, the distance between the starting point of the extension line and the dimension line is 3-4mm, and the distance between the starting point of the dimension line and the starting point of the extension line is about 2mm.


5. In principle, manual size change is not allowed in all drawings.




8、 Edge grinding regulations


Because of the particularity of stone processing, it is clear and intuitive to use different linear symbols that are relatively fixed to represent the edging.


1. The edge grinding symbol cannot be repeated in the same processing order. In principle, one symbol can only represent the same type of edge grinding; When there are two kinds of same type and different sizes of edge grinding in the same processing sheet, 5 * 5 beveled edges and 10 * 10 beveled edges appear simultaneously in the same sheet, which must be clearly shown in the detail drawing of edge grinding besides the corresponding symbol description.


2. When there are many single grinding edges for the same processing, the grinding symbols used should also be arranged as reasonably as possible; Each page with edge grinding symbol shall have corresponding symbol description.


3. In the same processing sheet, it is not allowed to use two similar or easily confused lines, such as dotted lines and dotted lines. The production workshop shall grind edges in strict accordance with the symbols and text descriptions of the processing sheet and the requirements of the detailed drawing. When it is specified in the same processing order that the dotted line indicates the smooth edge, the page may be thickened with the smooth edge, but the drawing must have the corresponding pattern representation and text description.
