technician:
1. Technician certificate can be evaluated if you have graduated from technical secondary school or junior college for one year or more. (For technical secondary school education, student status file or certificate authentication is required)
To be provided : Original academic certificate (electronic registration and filing form of academic degree on Xuexin Network of the Ministry of Education), photocopy of ID card (scanning copy of the original is required for electronic version), 2 inch 3 recent color photos, and proof of payment of urban social security (details)
Assistant:
1. Without technician certificate: full-time technical secondary school diploma of at least 6 years; Full time college diploma of 4 years; Bachelor degree of 1 year or more;
(Technical secondary school education requires 270 hours of continuing education; junior college education requires 180 hours of continuing education;
2. Technician certificate (including the employment letter of the unit): full-time junior college diploma technician with at least 2 years (90 class hours of continuing education required); The technician with part-time college diploma has 3 years or more (180 class hours of continuing education is required); Technical secondary school diploma technician with 4 years of experience (180 class hours of continuing education required);
3. The part-time college diploma cannot be directly evaluated as a assistant, but should be evaluated as a technician.
To be provided : original of technician certificate (including unit employment letter), original of academic certificate（ Electronic Registration Form for Academic Degrees of Xuexin Network of the Ministry of Education ）Copy of ID card, copy of continuing education certificate (online verification), 2 inch 3 recent color photos, urban social security payment certificate, project performance
engineer:
1. With a work assistant certificate (including the employment letter of the unit): graduate student has been a work assistant for at least 2 years; Associate degree assistant for 5 years and bachelor degree assistant for 4 years;
To be provided : Worker's ID card (including the letter of employment), original academic certificate, photocopy of ID card, 2 inch 4 recent color photos
2. If there is no work permit, the graduate student shall have graduated for 3 years; Full time bachelor degree of at least 6 years; Full time college diploma of at least 10 years;
To be provided : Original diploma（ Electronic Registration Form for Academic Degrees of Xuexin Network of the Ministry of Education ）Copy of certificate of continuing education (online verification, 450 class hours of continuing education required), copy of ID card, 2 inch 4 recent color photos, proof of payment of urban social security (details) Project performance

7、 Declaration time
1、 Time for declaration of primary professional title: April of municipal level, September of district/county level; Application time for intermediate professional title: June; Senior professional title declaration: August
2、 If relevant majors are required (see Table 1), those who have not reached the review time can first do continuing education, which is required every year.
