Programme structure

The Internet of Things solution for sewage treatment is developed based on the Internet of Things system and combined with 4G/Ethernet/wireless WIFI communication mode. It consists of three parts, namely, monitoring system+control system+management cloud platform. Realize automatic control of water level in sewage treatment sites such as sewage wells, sewage pumps, sewage pools, fire pumps, etc., realize remote monitoring of water pumps through the management cloud platform, and realize unattended, fully automated management.

1. Data monitoring

Including liquid level detection of sewage pool and other occasions, and data monitoring of pump startup/shutdown status/current/voltage/operating frequency, the monitoring cycle is 24 hours, and the monitoring frequency is 1-5 minutes, which can be adjusted;

2. Intelligent control

It is divided into the control of the sewage pool level and the pump switch operation. The cloud platform can set four levels of liquid level values, including low water level, high water level, warning water level, and ultra-high alarm, and set the switch of the pump accordingly. The high level sewage pump starts drainage and the low level sewage pump stops working. Support the setting of multiple water pumps, follow the principle of automatic rotation, mutual standby, and alternate start and stop, and intelligently switch the water pumps to avoid a certain water pump running for too long and excessive wear;

3. Equipment protection

It can automatically start the equipment protection function to send alarm information to the administrator in case of voltage phase loss, current overcurrent, voltage instability and repeated restart failures of the water pump, and deal with abnormal conditions in a timely manner;

4. Intelligent control

Monitoring data can be viewed on multiple ports such as Android/iOS mobile phones, computers, and intelligent monitoring cabinet configuration screens. It supports manual, automatic, and remote control, which are: manually clicking the button of the intelligent monitoring cabinet, cloud platform automatic, or remote control. The three modes can be flexibly switched and take effect immediately;

5. Automatic warning

Provide alarm mechanism, which can alarm the high and low liquid level, water pump switch and other events. The alarm methods include SMS, voice, email and other ways, so that the management personnel can quickly locate the fault point;

6. Control strategy

The realization of the automatic control system, based on the cloud platform logic control and edge computing functions, identifies the scheduling rules, time rules, alarm mechanism, timing control, trigger rules, etc., and sets the pump linkage control, alarm, etc;

7. Other functions

Support the configuration scenario interface, and reproduce the scenario according to the application scenario; Support the video monitoring function, directly access the interface images of Hikvision and other brand webcams to the cloud platform, which can be played back and stored; Support personalized settings, private deployment, and provide customized services;
