2022 On November 15, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development issued the Technical Catalogue of Prohibitions and Restrictions on the Use of Housing Municipal Engineering (2022 Edition) (Draft for Comments),   Several construction processes, equipment and materials, such as simple cranes, "hot bending" process of reinforcement, three-point safety belts, are proposed to be prohibited.

In order to improve the quality of construction projects, reduce construction safety risks, and promote green development of the construction industry, our Ministry organized the drafting of the Technical Catalogue of Prohibitions and Restrictions on the Use of Housing Municipal Engineering (2022 Edition) (Draft for Comments) (see the annex),   It is planned to prohibit and restrict a batch of backward construction processes, equipment and materials. Now we are asking for public opinions,   Relevant units or individuals can give feedback by the following ways and means before November 30, 2022:
