1. Enterprises applying for recognition of technologically advanced service enterprises must meet the following conditions at the same time: （1） Legal person enterprises registered in the administrative region of this Municipality; （2） Engaged in one or more technologically advanced service businesses in the Scope of Technology Advanced Service Business Accreditation (Trial) (see the annex for details), adopting advanced technology or having strong research and development capabilities; （3） Employees with college degree or above account for more than 50% of the total number of employees; （4） The income from engaging in the technologically advanced service business in the Identification Scope of Technology Advanced Service Business (Trial) accounts for more than 50% of the total income of the enterprise in the current year; （5） The income from offshore service outsourcing business shall not be less than 35% of the total income of the enterprise in the current year. The income from offshore service outsourcing refers to the information technology outsourcing services (ITO), technical business process outsourcing services (BPO) Technical knowledge process outsourcing service (KPO) and service trade business, and the income from the above overseas units. Qualified technologically advanced service enterprises must fill in and report their basic information in the "Service Trade Statistics Monitoring Management Information System" of the Ministry of Commerce, and submit the data on time.
