1. The recognition and registration of technology contracts in this city adopts the seller's one-time registration system, and the seller of technology contracts is the applicant for recognition and registration. The applicant identified and registered in the technology import contract is the buyer of the technology contract. The technology contract applied for recognition and registration shall be a contract that has become effective according to law. A contract concluded by the parties in the form of a written contract is formed when it is signed or sealed by both parties. A legally formed contract shall become effective upon its establishment. Where laws and administrative regulations provide that approval, registration and other procedures shall be gone through to take effect, they shall take effect after approval and registration, such as patent application right transfer contract, patent right transfer contract, etc. If the party concerned is a legal person, the contract shall be signed or sealed by its legal representative or authorized person, and affixed with the official seal of the legal person or the special seal for contract; If the parties to a technology contract are natural persons, they shall sign or seal the contract themselves; If the parties to a contract are other organizations, the person in charge of the organization shall sign or seal the contract and affix the seal of the organization.
