About Consumer Rights Day
The "International Consumer Rights Day" is the 15th March of each year, which was determined by the International Consumer Alliance in 1983. The purpose is to expand the publicity of consumer rights protection and make it be valued worldwide, so as to promote cooperation and exchanges between national and regional consumer organizations and better protect consumer rights in the international context. The China Consumer Association has determined that the theme of the 2021 National Consumer Association Consumer Rights Year will be "safeguarding safe and smooth consumption".
