The computer or printer prompts are ignored. Multiple printers that can be used normally are harmless. If the prompt fails to print, it is a chip problem. You can replace the toner cartridge or chip directly.
Turn off the machine, take out the toner cartridge, and then turn on the machine to reinstall the toner cartridge.If it still doesn't work, it may be that the cartridge chip has oxidized. Wipe it or replace it.
