However, the composition of industrial waste gas is relatively complex, not just CH compounds. Some organic matter also contains miscellaneous side chains. The burned waste gas often contains sulfide, chloride, fluoride and other media. In low temperature areas, corrosive media such as condensed acid will form, causing damage to equipment.
Just as people as a whole have no common medicine for different parts of the disease, RTO incinerators, as waste gas treatment equipment, have different corrosion principles and anti-corrosion methods for different parts:
（1） ≤150℃ Most of them are low-temperature liquid condensation acid corrosion. Common corrosion media include sulfide, chloride and fluoride, which can be used ZS-1033 hydrofluoric acid resistant Anticorrosive coating ；
（2） 150~500℃ , mostly gaseous corrosion, chlorides such as HCl and Cl generated under high temperature two It will form metal salts with metal oxides. (3) ＞ 500 ℃, mostly high temperature liquid corrosion, corrosion medium is low melting point metal salt, metal oxide, etc., ZS-821 ceramic anti-corrosion coating can be used.
The corrosion conditions under different temperatures and environments are different. Even under the same temperature, the corrosion conditions of the substrate are not necessarily the same. Therefore, before selecting anti-corrosion materials, communicate the working conditions in detail and select appropriate anti-corrosion coatings.
