(1) ZS-1041 flue gas anti-corrosion paint for high-temperature dry dedusting:

In this case, it is generally used in the case of high flue gas temperature of about 200~400 ℃, and more often used in the bag type dust collector, because when the bag type dust collector is used, in order to avoid the phenomenon of bag sticking, the flue gas temperature is usually high, and the moisture content in the flue gas will not be too high;

Therefore, the corrosion factors are mainly thixotropic liquefaction corrosion caused by the collision between high-temperature sour flue gas and metal wall, wind cooling cold condensation acid corrosion caused by poor sealing at the tuyere, as well as weld corrosion based on the loaned out heterogeneous potential.

In this case, ZS-1041 high-temperature flue gas anti-corrosion paint of Zhisheng Weihua is suitable;

(2) ZS-1034 acid and alkali resistant anticorrosive paint for low temperature wet ESP:

This kind of situation is generally used in wet spraying tower dust collectors. The moisture content in the flue gas is relatively high, and the overall temperature of the flue gas is relatively low. The corrosion in the operation process is mainly divided into two parts. One part is the area between the gas cleaning chamber and the spray chamber, and the corrosion situation is similar to that of dry dedusting; The main corrosion area is the spray area. Due to the atomization expansion of the spray liquid and the change of the concentration of corrosives in the flue gas, the main corrosion conditions in this area are liquid acid corrosion, concentration difference corrosion and liquid osmotic pressure corrosion;

In this case, it is used for ZS-1034 acid and alkali resistant anti-corrosion coating. If the penetration is serious, it can be used with ZS-711 as the primer. At the same time, lining cloth process is used, and multiple processes are used to increase the anti-corrosion and impermeability of the coating.

Of course, in addition to the above two conventional corrosive environments, there are also cases where the flue gas contains special corrosive media, such as hydrofluoric acid and fluoride ions; At this time, it is necessary to adjust the coating selection scheme according to the actual situation.

The corrosive environment created by different corrosion conditions requires targeted selection of appropriate anti-corrosion materials and construction technology. There is no single material that can solve all problems. Therefore, pay attention to material selection.
