1、 Guiding ideology

Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we will thoroughly implement the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, comprehensively implement the Party's educational policies, adhere to comprehensive evaluation and selective admission, strictly standardize the implementation of enrollment policies, and ensure fairness and justice.

2、 Retest

All admitted candidates must participate in the reexamination. Retired personnel who have won the second class merit or above in the army and meet the qualification for exemption from the preliminary examination of the national postgraduate entrance examination must participate in the reexamination. Candidates who plan to enroll and those who retain their admission qualification in previous years may not have a second interview. All units may retest candidates when they think it necessary.

（1） Re examination score and implementation rules

Each college, department directly under it, and research institute (hereinafter referred to as each unit) shall further study and determine the reexamination score line and reexamination admission implementation rules for each specialty (or direction) of the unit in accordance with the characteristics of the discipline, professional needs, and online candidates, and publish them on the website of the unit in advance on the principle that the single subject and total score are not lower than the basic score line of the reexamination of the corresponding discipline of the school.

（2） Re examination qualification review

Before the re examination, candidates must submit the following materials to the applicant for examination. The method and time of submission shall be subject to the notice of each unit. Candidates who fail to conduct or pass the qualification examination will not be admitted.

1. Letter of Commitment for Integrity Re examination signed by the examinee.

3. Previous students shall submit the original and copy of their graduation certificates, degree certificates, and the Electronic Registration and Filing Form of Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education (or academic certification report); Fresh students shall submit the original and copy of their student cards and the Online Verification Report of Student Status of the Ministry of Education; Candidates who have obtained academic qualifications and degrees abroad shall submit the Certificate of Foreign Academic Qualifications and Degrees issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

4. University transcripts (stamped with the official seal of the educational administration department or archive unit).

5. Original and copy of ID card.

6. Admission card.

7. The examinee's self statement (mainly including the examinee's ideological and political quality and moral performance, foreign language level, business and scientific research ability, research plan, etc.).

8. Candidates with equivalent academic qualifications (junior college graduates or undergraduate graduates) must provide the original and copy of English proficiency certificate, and the certificate of achievement of 6 or more undergraduate courses. Candidates who apply for business administration [125100], tourism management [125400], engineering management [125601], and project management [125602] can be exempted from submitting.

9. Candidates who apply for the "High level Key Talents Program for Ethnic Minorities" must provide the Registration Form of Candidates for the "High level Key Talents Program for Ethnic Minorities" approved and sealed by the provincial education department where the source of students is located.

10. Candidates applying for the master's enrollment plan of "retired college student soldiers" must provide the original and photocopy (or electronic scanning copy) of the "Approval for enlistment" and "Withdrawal from active service card".

（3） Content and form of retest

The re examination mainly examines the innovative ability, professional quality and comprehensive quality of candidates. In principle, on-site reexamination is adopted, mainly in the form of written examination, practical (experimental) ability assessment, interview, etc., which generally starts in late March.

The full score of the retest score is 100, and the weight of the retest score in the total score is generally 30-50%. See the relevant information released by each unit for details.

3、 Dispensing

All units shall determine their own adjustment methods in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and in combination with the requirements of disciplines and specialties, and publish them in advance. All transfer candidates (including candidates who apply for the transfer between the special plan of "retired college student soldiers" and the general plan, etc.) must go through the "National Master Enrollment Reexamination Transfer Service System" of the Ministry of Education.

4、 Proposed admission

1. Adhere to the principle of "selecting the best and preferring absence to abuse" to determine the proposed enrollment list. Each unit shall select the best candidates according to the enrollment plan of each specialty (or direction), the implementation rules of reexamination admission, and the examinees' initial examination results, reexamination results, ideological and political performance, health status, etc. Total score=preliminary examination score ÷ 5 (if the full score of the preliminary examination is 300 points, divide by 3) × weight+re examination score (hundred point system) × weight. If the total scores of the examinees are identical, the total scores of the preliminary examination will be compared, and the ones with higher scores will be admitted; If the total score of the preliminary examination is the same again, compare the sum of the single subject scores with full scores greater than 100 points, and those with higher total scores will be admitted.

2. Determine the candidate admission list in order. Each unit can determine the candidate admission list according to the total score of the candidates. Candidates should voluntarily and carefully hold the candidate admission qualification. If candidates lose the opportunity to adjust due to their choice of candidate admission quota, they shall be responsible for the consequences. In the process of alternate admission, if the candidate with the highest ranking has been transferred to another school, our school will skip the student's successive admission.

3. Rejection of admission. Those who fail to pass the re examination (below 60 points), fail to pass the ideological and moral assessment, fail to pass the physical examination, or fail to pass any additional examination subject of the same academic level (below 60 points) will not be admitted. The current undergraduate graduates and those who can take the self-study examination and online education will be eligible for graduation at that time. Those who have not obtained the undergraduate diploma recognized by the state at the time of admission will have no admission qualification.

4. The proposed enrollment list will be finalized after being approved by Fujian Provincial Education Examination Institute and the Ministry of Education.

5. Candidates for targeted employment should sign targeted employment contracts with our university and employers before being admitted. The examinee shall handle the problems arising from the application for the master's degree and his/her unit by himself/herself. If the examinee is unable to re take the exam or cannot be admitted due to this, our school will not bear the responsibility.

5、 Physical examination

The examinee shall submit the physical examination report to the applicant after obtaining the qualification for admission. According to the Regulations on the Education of the Disabled and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Test in Physical Examination of Students Enrolled in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (JKT [2010] No. 2) and other documents, With reference to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation on Printing and Distributing the Guidance on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Regular Institutions of Higher Learning (Teaching [2003] No. 3), and in combination with the actual situation of the enrollment profession, the physical examination requirements and submission time of the unit are proposed. Candidates should go to hospitals with Grade II Grade A qualification and above for physical examination (the validity period of the physical examination report is subject to the time of re examination, which is valid within three months).

6、 Supervision and handling of violations

（2） Once verified, the examinees who have violated the rules during the re examination will be severely punished in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examination and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations of Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and will be recorded in the Credibility File of National Education Examination Examinees as required.

7、 Others

（1） After the new students enter the school, our school will conduct a comprehensive review of their ideological and political quality, moral character, professional quality, health status, etc. according to the national enrollment regulations within three months. Those who fail the review will be dealt with by our school according to the actual situation until their student status is cancelled.

（2） Matters not covered herein shall be subject to the Ministry of Education's Regulations on the Administration of Enrollment of Postgraduates in 2024 and other documents and relevant regulations of the university.
