Letter of Commitment on the Settlement of Intermediary Service Agencies

Intermediary service agencies (including individuals) settled here solemnly promise:

1、 Having the ability to bear civil liability independently;

2、 Meet the relevant qualifications (qualifications) required by law and regulations;

3、 Have the ability to independently undertake intermediary services;

4、 Having good business reputation and sound financial accounting system;

5、 Having a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law;

6、 There are no laws and regulations prohibiting employment activities in Beijing;

7、 There is no record of bad behavior on "Credit China" in recent two years, and we agree to publicize the credit query results to the public;

8、 The time limit and charging standards for intermediary services for statutory administrative examination and approval shall be clearly defined and disclosed to the public;

9、 Meet other conditions specified by laws and regulations;

10、 Our institution complies with the relevant regulations of the state and Beijing Municipality, is honest and trustworthy, guarantees to perform obligations in accordance with the project contract, complete tasks on time, guarantee service standards and quality, do not engage in vicious competition, and accept the management and supervision of industry competent departments, industry associations, intermediary service trading platform management departments and operating agencies;

11、 Be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and legality of the relevant information and materials provided, and the relevant information about the agency's entry into the intermediary service trading platform will be disclosed on the intermediary service trading platform and subject to social supervision (for the content that needs to be kept confidential according to law, the intermediary service agency shall provide it after declassifying it);

12、 If there is any violation of the above commitments, our institution is willing to accept the relevant treatment in accordance with the relevant provisions.
