Our county has recently suffered from continuous high temperature weather, and it is expected that the power load of our county will continue to rise in the future. In order to ensure the stable operation of the economy and society and the domestic power demand of urban and rural residents, we hereby issue the following proposals to ensure the power supply during the summer peak period.

1、 Government organs and institutions should take the lead in setting an example and saving electricity

Party and government organs and public institutions at all levels should play a leading role, actively participate in the creation of energy-saving organs, implement energy-saving measures, and drive the whole society to save electricity. Strictly implement the control standard of "indoor air conditioning temperature in summer shall not be lower than 26 ℃, and indoor air conditioning temperature in winter shall not be higher than 20 ℃" for public buildings; Carry out zero standby energy consumption activities for energy consuming equipment, reduce standby energy consumption of air conditioners, computers, photocopiers and other electrical equipment, and shut down electrical equipment in a timely manner; The office lighting should make full use of natural light, reduce the lighting time and quantity as much as possible, turn off the light when going out, and eliminate the phenomenon of "daytime light", "permanent light" and "no one light"; It is recommended to walk within three floors to reduce the use of elevators.

2、 Advocate green consumption and rational use of electricity in public places

Public building units such as shopping malls, complexes, office buildings, hotels and restaurants, and entertainment places should improve their awareness of electricity conservation, consciously stop or reduce the use of high-power electrical equipment and unnecessary lighting fixtures during peak hours, and the indoor air conditioning temperature should not be lower than 26 degrees. Reasonably reduce the power consumption for lighting of public facilities, public places and large buildings, and reduce or disable the use of large LED screens, advertising lights, landscape lights and other electrical equipment; Turn off the lamps in time to ensure that the lighting in public areas such as corridors and corridors is "off when people walk".

3、 Proposing citizens to live a green life and save electricity

Actively practice the low-carbon lifestyle of "frugality, thrift, moderation and thrift", encourage citizens to make full use of natural light in their homes, do not turn on the "ever burning light", and try to use high-efficiency and low-power appliances; Set the air conditioning temperature reasonably to reduce the use time and frequency of air conditioning; Turn off the power when not using the appliance to reduce standby power consumption; Energy saving lamps shall be used for public lighting in the community; Advocate green travel. Electric vehicles and battery cars should try to use the low load at night to charge.

4、 Propose industrial enterprises to improve energy efficiency and use electricity scientifically

Industrial enterprises should reasonably adjust production shifts, avoid peak production by means of enterprise rotation and shift operation, actively participate in demand response, and actively support the relief of power supply pressure during peak hours; We should strengthen the concept of energy conservation management, adopt energy-saving products and equipment that meet the national energy consumption standards, eliminate outdated processes, technologies and equipment with high energy consumption, and improve energy utilization efficiency. Standardize the use of electrical equipment and facilities such as air conditioners and lighting to reduce non production and unnecessary power consumption. Encourage qualified enterprises to develop roof photovoltaic.
