In order to implement the spirit of "housing is for living, not for speculation", better play the role of housing provident fund in supporting self owned housing, and help build a mountain model of a better society of common prosperity, the following adjustments have been made to the housing provident fund policy in Lishui after deliberation and approval at the 17th member meeting of Lishui Housing Provident Fund Management Committee:
1、 Increase the maximum amount of housing provident fund loans for employees who apply for housing provident fund loans for the first time to purchase the first self owned housing. The maximum amount of double deposit employees is adjusted from 500000 yuan to 700000 yuan, and the maximum amount of single deposit employees is adjusted from 250000 yuan to 350000 yuan.
2、 The minimum down payment ratio for employees to apply for housing provident fund loans for the first time to purchase their first self owned housing will be reduced to 20%.
3、 The loan term of housing provident fund is adjusted from "no more than 20 years" to "no more than 30 years".
4、 If the spouse of an active serviceman applies for housing provident fund loan in our city, the maximum amount of the loan shall be calculated according to the double deposit employees.
5、 The number of housing units deposited by the employee's family shall be comprehensively recognized based on the employee's declaration and the query results of real estate registration information. The employee's family housing includes the housing actually owned by the employee, spouse and minor children.
6、 After employees apply for housing provident fund loans (including housing provident fund loans outside Lishui City), the housing provident fund accounts of both husband and wife must retain 12 times the monthly deposit amount (subject to the time of applying for withdrawal of business). The amount retained in the account shall not be withdrawn until the loan is settled.
7、 Employees purchase their own housing to withdraw housing provident fund, and the common property owner of the own housing is only limited to immediate relatives (spouse, parents, children). If a joint ownership relationship is formed with a non immediate family member, it shall not be withdrawn.
8、 This policy shall be implemented from the date of issuance.
