At the same time, it is common for apps to collect and force users' personal information beyond the scope, and users can't install and use it if they refuse to agree. In order to implement the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity of personal information collection in the Cyber Security Law of the People's Republic of China, regulate the collection of personal information by App, and ensure the security of personal information of citizens, the State Internet Information Office has studied and drafted the Draft of Necessary Personal Information Scope of Common Types of Mobile Internet Applications (App), Now we are asking for public opinions.
