Adhering to the purpose of "promoting women's reading and building a scholarly family", this activity is committed to building an excellent reading platform, leading women to love reading, developing reading habits, improving cultural literacy, gathering cultural strength, sowing hope and harvesting dreams in the struggle! In combination with the current situation of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, the District Federation of Trade Unions advocates all units to organize online reading activities, mobilize women workers to learn and publicize the advanced deeds of women workers in the front line of the epidemic, transmit the spirit of the epidemic, strengthen the confidence in the epidemic, and help to win the battle of epidemic prevention and control. All units are requested to submit their entries to the National "Calligraphy 38" Reading Activity Organizing Committee in accordance with the time and submission method required by the Eighth National "Calligraphy 38" Reading Activity Plan (see annex). The Organizing Committee will select and commend the reading essay collection activity. The Eighth National "Calligraphy 38" Reading Activity Plan
1、 The theme of the activity is reading "Strengthen Quality • Strive to Build New Achievements" II. The overall arrangement of the activity 1. The selection date of the works for evaluation: February 21 to July 30, 2020. 2. Deadline of application materials for the evaluation organization award: August 30, 2020. 3. Work review time: August 1 to September 1, 2020. 4. Final evaluation expert review meeting: to be held in Beijing in September 2020. 5. Summary and commendation stage: October 1 to December 1, 2020. 6. On December 1, 2020, the award ceremony of the 8th National "Calligraphy 38" Reading Activity and the launching ceremony of the 9th "Calligraphy 38" Reading Activity were held. 3、 Award setting 1. Several special organization awards. 2. 100 excellent organization awards. 3. Essay prize: 30 first prizes, 50 second prizes, 80 third prizes and 1000 excellent prizes. 4. The author is female only, and must be the latest original. 4. Essays, letters from home, performance reading, calligraphy and painting reading, photography reading, each person is limited to one category of works. 5. Please be sure to indicate the author's name, gender, work unit, mailing address, mobile phone number, email and other important contact information in the work (Note: the work unit must be a standardized and accurate full name; the work information is incomplete, and will not be evaluated). 6. The Organizing Committee has the publicity, exhibition and publishing rights of the selected works, and the works of calligraphy and painting participating in the evaluation will not be returned. 5、 Requirements for the works to be evaluated (I) Requirements for the works of solicitation 1. Read the books for the activity, create them in combination with the theme of the activity, and prepare the title by yourself, regardless of genre. 2. The title is novel, the theme is distinct, the idea is ingenious, the structure is complete, the writing method is unique, the content is full, the plot is moving, and the words are beautiful. The content of the work can include the experience and perception after the intensive reading activity, touching struggle stories of oneself or others, beautiful articles with reading as the theme, anti epidemic stories or feelings, etc. Works involving religion, superstition or non mainstream culture will not be evaluated. 3. The works must be polished repeatedly and carefully proofread to ensure that the texts are coherent and the punctuation marks are used accurately and normatively. 4. The number of words shall be controlled within 1000~2500 words. Works with less than 1000 words and more than 2500 words shall not be evaluated. (2) Requirements for family letters: 1. It can be written to parents, elders, lovers, husbands, children and other relatives, as well as future self. 2. Ingenious design, unique writing, complete structure, and profound literary beauty. 3. Create a new title based on the content of the letter, and the letter format is correct and standard. Works not in the form of letters and without titles shall not be evaluated. 4. The number of words shall be controlled within 1000~2000 words. Works with less than 1000 words and more than 2000 words will not be evaluated. (3) The main performers are women. 2. Works have various forms, including keynote speeches, music recitations, sitcoms, dances or sketches. The duration of the work shall be controlled within 10 minutes. 3. The format of the submitted video file is MP4 file, and the file size is controlled within 200M. The system will not accept uploading when the file size is greater than 200M. The file is named as the title of the work (e.g. Happiness in Reading. MP4). If you need video compression software, please download it on the eighth online submission tutorial page of the official website. (4) Calligraphy and painting reading works requirements 1. Creation closely follows the content of the activity book and highlights the theme of the activity. Ancient poems, calligraphy works and copied paintings that are not related to the theme will not be evaluated. 2. The works must be made of special paper for painting and calligraphy, and the banner or vertical width shall not be less than 68cm. The banner or vertical width of hard pen calligraphy works shall not be less than 34cm. 3. The style of works is not limited. The same author can only choose calligraphy or painting works. 4. Submitted works can be in JPEG and JPEG format. The file size should be controlled between 2 and 6M. Systems larger than 6M will not accept uploading. The file names the title of the work (e.g., happiness in reading. jpg). 5. The works that are shortlisted for re evaluation need to provide the original works to the organizing committee of the event, and the works do not need to be framed. (5) Requirements for photographic reading works 1. Use the artistic form of photography to creatively reflect the theme of the activity. Record the wonderful moments of women's work and life with a documentary approach, and show the beauty of the motherland with a unique perspective. 2. The shooting equipment, performance style and form are unlimited. All works shall be attached with a brief text description; Documentary works can be changed and cut in overall color, and cannot be changed in partial content or color. Each author is limited to two works, and no group photos are accepted. 3. The works must be original and do not infringe others' right of portrait, copyright, privacy and reputation. The relevant legal liability arising from the contribution or submission shall be borne by the contributor. 4. Submitted works can be in JPEG or JPEG format. The file size should be controlled between 2 and 6M. Systems larger than 6M will not accept uploading.
