Based on the "Qilu Gonghui" APP and supported by the "Jimo Labor Union" WeChat public account, build and operate the "Smart Labor Union" inclusive service platform, promote the online offline business of the labor union, and realize the direct access of labor union services to grassroots and front-line workers. The platform was rated as the "Top 10" platform of county (district) level trade unions by the All China Federation of Trade Unions and the Central Cyberspace Office. Through the platform, we organized 12 award-winning question answering activities for employees in the whole district, including building a civilized city, virtue and credit construction, and participated in more than 200000 employees. Give full play to the organizational advantages of trade unions and the role of online platforms, widely recruit honest Huigong merchants, organize employees to register for preferential activities launched by Huigong Family, promote consumption growth, and provide preferential services to employees. At present, we have recruited more than 120 honest and beneficial businessmen. Build up the service position of trade union legal aid and provide "zero threshold" legal aid. Take the legal rights protection center for employees in the district as the position to provide one-stop professional rights protection services for employees in terms of consultation, assistance, mediation, arbitration and judgment. Since 2023, 237 staff letters and visits have been accepted and handled, 651 free legal advisory assistance and labor dispute mediation have been provided, and more than 4.2 million yuan of salary has been recovered for staff. The transformation and upgrading of the workers' cultural palace in the district have been completed, and the functional rooms are free of charge for the employees and grassroots trade unions in the district. Ten new era regional shared staff homes have been built in the whole district, which are linked up with the Workers' Cultural Palace, jointly organized activities and shared resources to serve the staff.
