1. 15mm thick for laying at intersection of hollow building formwork.

2. Spacing of battens: ① Spacing of battens on the intersection surface: the spacing of battens is determined according to the thickness of the floor concrete. Generally, the spacing of battens on floors less than 0.15 m thick is 200-250 mm. ② The batten spacing of the shear wall: the batten spacing is adjusted according to the height and thickness of the wall. Taking the wall height of 2800mm and the wall thickness of 300mm as an example, the batten spacing of the 15mm thick formwork is 100-150mm. If the width of the shear wall and column exceeds 1m, the frame shall be reinforced.

3. There is no gap when the shear wall and column formwork are assembled, and there are battens at the internal corner (wall bottom) to facilitate the connection of beam, wall and formwork. When erecting the four formwork of shear wall, first assemble them into a whole block and then hoist them, and then pave the flat plate, so as to reduce labor intensity and achieve good molding effect.

4. When nailing the formwork, the distance from the formwork edge shall be 15-30mm, and the nail driving force shall be moderate. The nail length shall be 40-50mm generally, and it shall not be too long or too short.

5. A 15mm gap shall be reserved for the wood square of the beam bottom plate, and the wallboard shall be erected on the wood square gap, so as to avoid mortar leakage and save wallboard materials.
