The Office of the Leading Group for the "Double Hundred" Industrial Development Project of Yunnan Province recently printed and distributed the list of key cultivation enterprises and major industrial investment projects of the "Double Hundred" Industrial Development Project of Yunnan Province in 2020.

Previously, the Decision on Accelerating the Construction of a Modern Industrial System issued by the provincial government proposed that in the next 15 years, our province will focus on cultivating five trillion level and eight hundred billion level industries. Subsequently, the "Double Hundred" Project Implementation Plan for Industrial Development was issued, which clearly defined that 100 independent corporate enterprises with an operating income of more than 10 billion yuan would be cultivated and expanded, and 100 industrial projects with a single investment scale of more than 10 billion yuan would be promoted and implemented. The list includes five trillion level industries such as advanced manufacturing, tourism culture and modern agriculture with plateau characteristics, and seven hundred billion level industries such as green energy, digital economy and biomedicine (not involved in the real estate industry). The Plan proposes that the selected enterprises and projects will be given policy support by increasing credit investment support, setting up the "double hundred" project industry fund, increasing financial support, fully guaranteeing project land use, increasing factor support, and establishing a "green channel" at the early stage of the project.

The leading group of the "Double Hundred" Project of provincial industrial development clearly requires that the relevant departments directly under the provincial government and the relevant units of the central government stationed in Yunnan should strengthen the overall planning of industrial development, study and refine the policy measures and financial support plans to support the implementation of the "Double Hundred" Project, take the initiative to strengthen communication and cohesion, strive for more national support, and do a good job in guiding and serving industrial development; The state (city) government should improve the working mechanism, strengthen the research on local industrial development, identify the key points and breakthrough points of development, improve the development supporting capacity, scientifically formulate work plans, and fully promote the implementation of the "Double Hundred" project; Relevant counties (cities, districts), development zones and enterprises should earnestly strengthen their main responsibilities, do a good job in implementation, and refine the time steps and work measures for the completion of goals and tasks. All relevant departments around the country should strengthen industrial development planning, expand the space for industrial development, promote the development linkage between development zones, enterprises, projects and investment promotion, establish a regular scheduling and promotion mechanism, track the situation of enterprises and projects, take multiple measures to help coordinate and solve the problems and difficulties existing in enterprises and projects, and accelerate the progress of project implementation, Efforts should be made to promote the early construction, completion, production and production of projects.
