The full premixed condensing boiler burner uses Fe Cr Al fiber as the combustion surface substrate, and its high temperature of Zui can reach 1300 ℃. Since it still has excellent soothing reaction performance and thermal strength above 1000 ℃, the metal fiber burner has high combustion efficiency, heat shock resistance, low pressure drop, safety without backfire, rapid reaction, small thermal inertia It has the advantages of fast cooling, durability and less harmful gas release. 1. High heat intensity and wide adjustment range
In the 1980s, foreign countries began to study metal fiber burners. When the excess air coefficient was 1.1-1.3, the combustion conditions were different under different surface heat intensities: when the surface heat intensity was 0.1-0.8W/mm2, it was in the form of surface combustion, and the surface burned red to 800-1000 ℃, which was an infrared ray; When the surface heat intensity reaches 0.9W/mm2, a blue flame will float on the surface, and when the surface heat intensity reaches 5W/mm2, the flame will not fall off. The metal fiber burner can also be made into the form of downward radiation.
2. The content of CO and NOX in combustion products is very low. Under high heat intensity (900 kW/m2), the content of CO is less than 40 pp m. NOX content is lower than 30ppm.
