Due to work needs, the Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs openly recruited labor dispatching staff of the Municipal Agricultural and Rural Big Data Center. Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1、 Posts and number of employees

There are 2 labor dispatching staff in the municipal agricultural and rural big data center.

2、 Registration conditions

1. Abide by disciplines and laws, be upright, have a strong sense of dedication and responsibility, and have no bad social records;

2. Full time college degree or above, major in public administration, business administration, computer science;

3. Age below 35 (born after January 10, 1988);

4. Having physical conditions for normal performance of duties;

3、 Registration method

1. Registration time: 9:00-12:00 a.m., January 11, 2024 to January 19, 2024; 3:00-6:00 p.m.

4、 Examination method, content and implementation method

1. Examination method

The examination adopts a combination of written examination and interview. The scores of written examination and interview each account for 50% of the total score. The hundred point system is implemented. The score line for passing the written examination is 50 points, and the score line for passing the interview is 60 points. The time and place of the examination will be notified later.

2. Examination content

The written examination content is comprehensive knowledge. Structured interview is adopted to test the comprehensive quality and position matching ability of candidates.

3. Implementation Measures

After the written examination, the interviewees shall be determined according to the written examination scores from high to low according to the proportion of no more than 1:3 of the number of recruiters who have passed the written examination (if the final written examination scores are the same, the interviewees shall enter the interview with the same score). After the interview, the candidates for physical examination and investigation shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of recruiters according to the total score of the examination from high to low. When the total score is the same, the interview score is higher. If the interview result is the same again, the person with higher education background is preferred; If the educational background is the same again, additional tests will be conducted, and the higher one will be preferred.

5、 Physical examination and inspection

The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). Those who fail to pass the physical examination shall not be employed. The investigation mainly focuses on the candidates' integrity, ability, diligence and integrity, and whether they are punished or punished for violation of laws and disciplines. In case of vacancy due to personal abandonment, physical examination, unqualified investigation and other reasons, fill in according to the total score of the examination from high to low.

6、 Employment and treatment

The personnel recruited this time are subject to the labor dispatch system, and the personnel to be hired will go through the labor dispatch procedures after 7 days of publicity without objection. The probation period is 3 months, and those who pass the assessment after the probation period are entitled to the relevant treatment of similar personnel; Those who fail the assessment will be disqualified from employment.
