On March 20, Tarong Town, Nimu County held a groundbreaking ceremony for the national level Lhasa Economic Development Zone aided construction of the rural revitalization industry service center project in Tarong Town, Nimu County. Pei Yigang, Director of the Planning and Construction Bureau of Lhasa Economic Development Zone, Tse Wang Duojie, Deputy Secretary of the Nimu County Party Committee and Head of the County, Zeng Xiaozhou, Member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Head of the Organization Department, Zha Xipingcuo, a second level researcher of Lhasa Science and Technology Bureau and Deputy Leader of the Shangri Village Contracting Federation, Ge Sandji, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the County, attended the foundation laying ceremony, and more than 180 representatives of cadres and the masses, representatives of the construction party, and representatives of the supervision party in Tarong Town attended the ceremony.

At the foundation laying ceremony, Bian Barobu, Secretary of the General Party Branch of Shangri Village and Director of the Village Committee, delivered a thank-you speech, and Tsewang Dorje and Pei Yigang delivered speeches respectively. Leaders at the meeting laid the foundation of the project.

After the foundation ceremony, Pei Yigang held a symposium in Shangri Village, where he learned in detail about the consolidation and expansion of the "four couplets and four guarantees" mechanism and the activities of leading cadres to "receive and handle practical matters at the lower grassroots level", the construction of beautiful rural projects, the increase of people's employment and income, the development of the village's collective economy, and listened to the report on the two planned livelihood projects in Shangri Village.
