On May 10, Yayong, Political Commissar of the Executive Bureau of the Higher People's Court of the Tibet Autonomous Region, led a team to the People's Court of Nimu County to investigate and guide the implementation work, accompanied by Luo Hong, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the Lhasa Intermediate People's Court, and relevant personnel of the Executive Bureau of the Intermediate People's Court.
The research team visited the Execution Command Center of Nimu County People's Court and held a seminar. Liu Yafei, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and president of the People's Court of Nimu County, made a detailed report on the construction of the execution team, the execution of cases, the substantive operation and traceability of the execution command center, and the "three items" activities. Participants discussed and exchanged excellent experience and practices, existing problems and difficulties, and suggestions for improvement in the implementation process.
Yayong affirmed to Pakistan the achievements made by the People's Court of Nimu County in the implementation work, and emphasized that we should focus on the source governance, adhere to the "source control" and "pre disease warning", give play to the judicial initiative within the legal framework, and let the rights and interests realize before the implementation; We should do a good job in the connection between trial and execution, and promote the formation of joint efforts in work; We should improve the quality and efficiency of implementation, make full use of implementation measures, and improve the completion rate of implementation; It is necessary to strengthen the management of the final case, implement the exhaustive property investigation measures and the final interview system. We should continue to promote the handling of "cross implementation" cases and play a leading role in the demonstration of typical cases.
