Recently, the Rural Revitalization Bureau of Lazi County organized representatives of the County Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, township (town), village "two committees", design, supervision, geological exploration, construction, the third party and other units to carry out acceptance work for the 2022 and 2023 fiscal linkage to promote rural revitalization subsidy fund construction projects.
The acceptance team went to 9 townships (towns) and 17 administrative village project construction sites under their jurisdiction, and conducted preliminary acceptance of 13 projects, including the pool maintenance project in Ziguo Village, Lazi Town, Lazi County, by means of on-site inspection, listening to reports, consulting data, and investigating the satisfaction of beneficiaries, in comparison with the project design drawings and the approval of project budget, The final acceptance of three projects, including the bridge construction project in Puzhen Village, Pangda Village, Zhaxigang Township, was carried out. The experience receiving group fully discussed and believed that the construction of the above items was organized according to the drawings and the approved contents, all quantities were completed, and the quality standards of the relevant industry were met. In principle, the acceptance was passed.
The acceptance team requires that we should improve our ideological understanding, recognize the form, effectively guarantee the labor services, machinery leasing, purchase of materials and other related costs of migrant workers, firmly realize the full payment on time, and eliminate the problem of wage arrears. The project site clearing shall be done well. The construction unit shall organize personnel to rectify the problem of "disorderly stacking, excavation and placement", remove construction waste and temporary housing in time, minimize the impact of construction on the lives of farmers and herdsmen, and eliminate ecological damage. It is necessary to do a good job of problem rectification, rectify within a time limit according to the problems and suggestions put forward by the acceptance team, collect and improve the image data of concealed projects, and ensure that projects in the field of rural revitalization can withstand supervision and inspection at all levels.
