Phase closure construction of Huangtulang Interchange ramp of Changfu Jinyushi (boundary between Jiangxi and Hunan) section of G60 Shanghai Kunming Expressway is hereby announced as follows:

1、 Closed construction period:

（1） Phase I control scope: G60 Shanghai Kunming Expressway Nanchang direction vehicles getting off the expressway at Huangtulang Toll Station and all vehicles getting on the expressway from Huangtulang Toll Station to Changsha direction;

Closing time: from 12:00 on May 15, 2024 to 24:00 on July 31, 2024; (lasting 77 days)

（2） Phase II control scope: all vehicles of G60 Shanghai Kunming Expressway from Changsha to Huangtulang Toll Station and from Huangtulang Toll Station to Nanchang;

Closing time: from 0:00 on August 1, 2024 to 24:00 on September 15, 2024. (lasting for 45 days)

（1） Phase I detour route

① Bypass line from Huangtulang Toll Station to Changsha:

Scheme I: The vehicle needs to travel westward along National Highway G533, then turn to County Highway X294 to Luofang Toll Station and get on the expressway to the direction of Changsha of Shanghai Kunming Expressway. The journey is about 17 kilometers, and it takes about 18 minutes. The detour route has unlimited height gantry, width limit, dangerous bridge, etc.

Scheme II: The vehicle needs to travel eastward along National Highway G533 to Shuangjin Toll Station to get on the expressway, and then turn to G60 Shanghai Kunming Expressway to Changsha. The journey is about 22 kilometers, and it takes about 23 minutes. The detour route has unlimited height gantry, width limit, dangerous bridge, etc.

② Bypass lines for vehicles from Nanchang, Ji'an and Fuzhou to Huangtulang Toll Station:

1) All the detour routes of vehicles from Ji'an to Huangtulang Toll Station: the vehicles need to detour to Fuzhou, get off the expressway from Shuangjin Toll Station, pass local roads, and turn into National Highway G533. The journey is about 11 kilometers, and it takes about 11 minutes. The detour route is with infinite height gantry, width limit, dangerous bridges, etc.

2) All the detours of vehicles from Nanchang to Huangtulang Toll Station: the vehicles need to detour to Fuzhou, get off the expressway from Shuangjin Toll Station, pass the local road, and turn into National Highway G533. The journey is about 11 kilometers, and it takes about 11 minutes. The detours along the route include unlimited gantry, width limitation, dangerous bridges, etc.

3) All vehicle bypass routes from Fuzhou to Huangtulang Toll Station: vehicles need to get off the expressway from Shuangjin Toll Station in advance, pass local roads, and turn to National Highway G533. The journey is about 11 kilometers, and it takes about 11 minutes. The bypass route has unlimited height gantry, width limit, dangerous bridges, etc.

① East bound bypass line of Huangtulang Toll Station:

1) Bypass line from Huangtulang Toll Station to Nanchang:
