The training was hosted by the Xiamen Municipal Leading Group Office for the Fourth National Cultural Relics Census, and more than 180 trainees from the city's cultural and tourism bureaus, subdistrict and community census directors, as well as business backbones of municipal and district census institutions participated in the training. The Fourth National Cultural Relics Census is called "Four Popularization" for short. It is reported that, unlike the previous three cultural relics surveys, the "Four Popularization" has put forward new tasks, higher requirements and stricter responsibilities for the staff. It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the requirements for the dating of cultural relics are clearer, the connotation of cultural relics is richer, the technical equipment is more high-end, and the requirements for discipline are stricter. For this reason, as soon as the fourth national cultural relics survey training course of the country and the province was completed, the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism invited national and provincial training experts to give lectures to Xiamen's key cultural relics survey personnel, aiming to let everyone update their ideas, broaden their horizons, strengthen their responsibilities, study hard, and better shoulder the "four popularization" work in their respective jurisdictions. The training lasted for 3 days, and the national and provincial census leading group trainers and experts from scientific research institutes were invited to give on-site lectures. The training content includes "Interpretation of the Implementation Plan of the Fourth National Cultural Relics Census in Fujian Province", "Interpretation of the identification, classification standards, registration forms and description of the census of ancient cultural sites and ancient tombs", "Installation, instructions and common problems of the fourth national cultural relics census system", and covers all aspects of policies and regulations, cultural relics knowledge, registration requirements, census methods, and software operation, At the same time, students will also be organized to investigate the on-site teaching. The trainees said that the combination of theory and practice in this training made them more aware of the significance of the census, more accurately grasp the mission objectives and technical path of the census, and more effectively promote the field census and data entry.
