This collection is aimed at college and middle school students and professional youth under 35 years old in the city. It encourages young contestants to combine their study, life and work realities, and focus on education and talents, science and technology and innovation, common prosperity, rural revitalization, modernization of national governance system and capacity, development of people's democracy throughout the process, cultural self-confidence and self-improvement, building a beautiful China In terms of building a community with a shared future for mankind and other aspects, through field research, we began to write simulation proposals to foster the awareness of young people to participate in democratic politics and grass-roots social governance. Xiamen has made remarkable achievements in guiding young people to accurately understand the essence of people's democracy in the whole process since 2022, when it launched the youth simulated CPPCC proposal solicitation activity. Over the past three years, Xiamen teenagers have made in-depth visits and research, actively offered advice and suggestions, and produced more than 700 simulation proposal works, of which 55 were identified as excellent works at the municipal level, 8 were awarded provincial awards, 3 were awarded national awards, and many works were transformed into real proposals of the CPPCC and were taken to the two sessions of the CPPCC. At the event site, Xunsiding Community, Xiagang Street, Siming District, Xiamen University, School of Marxism, Xiamen City Vocational College, Xiamen Overseas Chinese Middle School, and Xiamen Yanwu Primary School jointly set up the "Youth Wisdom Gathering Alliance".
