The video triggered a heated debate, which caused many netizens to think that local people discriminated against outsiders, causing adverse effects. After investigation, on the afternoon of September 21, a caring enterprise donated a batch of living materials to the Houzhai Village. At the material distribution site, Sun Moufu, a villager in the village, lied that the vegetables were purchased by local people without knowing the source of the vegetables, and asked outsiders to go back. The video was shot by the crowd at the scene and then spread through WeChat groups. On September 22, Wenmou, a netizen, forwarded the video on his microblog and said that "only local people can buy living goods in Tong'an District, and no outsiders can buy them", which triggered heated debate among netizens and caused adverse effects. After the investigation and verification of the public security organ, Sun did not participate in the distribution of vegetables at the scene, and the local people and outsiders who were present received vegetables. Internet users were not on the spot on the day when something was posted. They spread rumors on microblogs without verifying the truth, which caused adverse social impact. The public security organ criticized and educated Sun Moufu according to law and ordered him to make a written review. Criticize and educate Wen who spread false news, and order him to delete relevant micro blog posts to eliminate adverse effects.
