In order to ensure that the materials can be distributed to the people in need before the cold wave, Yang Xiaojuan, vice chairman of the People's Congress of Jingnan Town and head of the social work station of Jingnan Town, presided over a special meeting on the work deployment of "delivering warmth" for cold and freezing prevention on December 15, 2023, to implement the material distribution.
