In August 2021, I came to Ganluo County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, as a member of the postgraduate branch of Sichuan University. When I first met Ganluo, I was deeply moved by the people here. I remember when we first arrived, we found a noodle restaurant near the county government to eat. After dinner, the boss said, "Are you here to teach? The guests at the next table have already paid for your meal.". It just occurred to us that the two young brothers who had just sat behind seemed to be talking to the boss about something, but now they have disappeared. I was moved by the unexpected kindness of Liangshan people and burst into tears. Behind the bowl of noodles, the local people express their best intentions to the workers who have taken root in the western construction and dedicated their youth one after another in their own way.

Here, I quickly completed the role transformation from student to teacher. I still remember the first time I stepped into the classroom and stepped onto the three foot platform. In order to give the students a "Xiama Wei", I deliberately stressed the class rules with a straight face for a whole class.

Facts have proved that the "first fire" of new officials is quite effective. In the chemistry class, the students listened carefully with all kinds of spirit. As the head teacher, I know the value of senior three's time, and ask them to cherish the time, and come to the classroom to learn ahead of time after lunch break at noon. When I saw them returning to the classroom on time after dinner and watching them lying on their desks in the morning, I felt sour in my heart. A week later, I bought U-shaped pillows for the students. Seeing how happy they were when they received small gifts, I felt that what I had done was worth it!

After school, we went hiking together, cooked together, and played sports together... After a period of time together, we treated each other sincerely, which also resulted in mutual trust and became a relationship between teachers and friends. After the Yi New Year, students took a day's bus to bring me bacon, glutinous rice cake and sausage, which are the most delicious food I have ever eaten!

The first year of senior three is short and full. The head teacher should not only guide students to live a healthy life, but also help them to improve their study. In order to further improve the students' academic performance, consolidate the basic knowledge and strengthen the knowledge system, I used evening self-study and after-school time to help the children with exercises, and also mobilized all members of the research group to sacrifice weekend time to make up homework for students, hoping to help every student who is eager to learn and loves learning. After class, I understand the psychological state of each student from the aspects of psychology, learning and life, and do a good job of psychological pressure counseling. On the eve of the college entrance examination, we also carried out pre exam stress relief activities and experience sharing lectures for students in Grade Three to ease their psychological pressure and share scientific methods for preparing for the examination.

On June 7, when I watched the students enter the college entrance examination room, I was as nervous as my parents and waited anxiously outside the examination room. No matter what the result is, I only hope that every student can live up to his years of struggle without regret and regret.

At the time of departure, the students filled the table with gifts for me. There are hand account books, plush dolls, origami stars, and dozens of farewell letters recording our memories of a year... These things bearing the memory of a year of volunteer education are the most beautiful witnesses of my youth.

After graduation, students often contact me and tell me about the days when we were teachers and friends. They said that they would often come to Chengdu to visit me in the future; They will also share with me as soon as they receive the admission notice. Not long ago, I received the admission notice of graduate students, and the children also sent their university admission notices. We will continue to move forward on our own path. In the future, let's go to our own "mountains and seas" with dreams.
