"Ah! Why are so many students in your room?" a teacher asked in surprise. "Yes, they are all in class!" I replied with a smile. A group of third graders are in my room, reading with relish, doing small experiments with scientific instruments, or discussing math problems with red faces and bare ears Enjoy their special "second class" time.

   My room and their paradise

When I first arrived at school, after lunch on the first day, some students hid curiously outside my room to "test". At first, I heard a sound of "hissing" footsteps, followed by a gentle "hissing", and then I saw that I gently pinched the edge of the curtain with my little finger, and then a small pinch of hair appeared. My dark little eyes looked from side to side from the small slit. When I glanced at the door, they immediately scattered with a "ah".

After several times of trial and error, I decided to go out and have a look. The answer I received was "We want to ask what today's homework is", which made me laugh and cry. After getting acquainted with them gradually, the students would come to my room in twos and threes, and then they even came to my room in pairs. The small room was crowded. This is the beginning of my room becoming a paradise for children.

Problem: Close the door or care

It is also troublesome to have more babies. Their questions often make it difficult for me to finish my meal. At the same time, as the number of children increased, the disorderly noise not only caused some students' conflicts, but also affected other teachers' rest. In order to avoid problems, I simply closed the door to prevent students from coming in. When the children saw that the room did not open, they knocked hard and called "teacher" and "teacher". They left disappointed without hearing the response. Although I can eat well, I don't eat well. The students are willing to stay with the teacher out of their love for the teacher, which is a kind and innocent expression, but I handle it in a simple way, which not only makes the children lose interest, but also easily leads to potential problems. How can we get along well with dolls and avoid these problems? The education of children should be lax rather than blocked, and I suddenly fell into a dilemma

My room became the second classroom for children

Looking back on the scene when we clenched our fists and made clank vows when we went to war, I was determined to be a good teacher loved by children. Volunteer education should always keep in mind the original intention of building morality and cultivating people, and everything should aim at the all-round development and healthy growth of children. I frowned and looked around my room. It was bright in my eyes! The education of children should be sparse rather than blocked, and education and management can be effectively combined. I specially changed the layout of the room and set up three areas: "Book Corner", "Science World" and "Education Park".

There is a lot of knowledge in the small book corner. There are many books donated by teachers and students from Xinong in my room. I decided to make full use of them to set up a book corner. Books such as "The King of Fairy Tales", "Di Zi Gui", "A Little Dictionary of Idioms" have been placed on the table. When I saw so many books, all the students who liked reading picked up the books and read them around my bed. Others read to each other: "At the beginning of life, people are basically good......" Every time I urged them to go to the classroom when class was about to begin, some students would not hesitate to pick up the books and tilt their heads and ask: "Old teacher, can we read for one more minute?" It often made me laugh and cry.

Science helps growth, exploration and mystery. In order to make full use of my advantages in teaching science, I specially changed the layout of the room and put the microscope, balance, insect specimen, globe and other scientific equipment used in class preparation on the table, setting it as a "scientific world". These instruments have greatly stimulated students' interest in science. Some students explore the mysteries of the small world one by one through microscopes; Some students stand on tiptoe and stretch their heads to identify the structure and species of insects; Some students work together to experience the magic of mechanics with pulleys; Some students turned the globe and carefully identified every inch of land in the motherland. I seem to see a group of small scientists communicating with this beautiful world.

The truth of the fun puzzle garden tastes sweet. In order to help students with learning difficulties as much as possible, I also bought a small white board to hang in the room, so as to help more students. "What are the characteristics of these years?" "They are leap years!" The students listened carefully around me and answered my questions actively and loudly, just like a small class! Sometimes I will write thinking questions on it, and the students will actively use their brains to think, and even argue until sweating. No matter whether they get the correct answer, I am very happy with their performance, and occasionally give some snacks as a reward.

Now, every day after dinner, the children will come to my room without moving. They are no longer noisy, but are busy in order to enjoy the second "spiritual food". My room became the children's second classroom.

Watching their progress and growth day by day, I am smiling on my face and happy in my heart. The growth of children is worth looking forward to. In fact, this is also a growth for me: love is education, education is love, and only by embracing each other sincerely can we get sincere responses.
