How to participate in party and league activities during the service period?

The organizational relationship of the volunteers of the Western Plan will be transferred to the service place and incorporated into a local party branch to participate in the branch life and pay party dues locally. The probationary party members also go through the formalities of becoming full members in the service places. Those who require to join the party organization and meet the party member standards can be recruited as activists or join the party organization through relevant procedures by the local party organization. League members should also transfer the organizational relationship to the service place and incorporate it into a local league branch, participate in the life of the branch and pay the league dues on schedule.
