1. Look for the registration entrance.
Log on to the official website of the Western Plan（ http://xibu.youth.cn/ ）, find the "Western Plan Registration System" entrance in the lower right corner as shown in Figure 1, or register directly in the "I want to register" drop-down bar in the WeChat public account.

　　 2. Enter the registration page.
Click the registration entrance to enter the information system of the Western Plan for College Students' Volunteer Service（ http://west.youth.cn/main/login.html ）(See Figure 2).

　　 3. Link to apply for registration.
Click "Volunteer Registration" at the bottom right to enter the application registration link page, and fill in the email address to complete the application registration link (see Figure 3).

　　 4. Log in to the registered email.
After filling in your personal email, click "I want to register", and a dialog box will pop up: your registration link has been sent to your email, please log in your email to complete the registration! (See Figure 4)

　　 5. Activate the link address.
Log in to your registered email (see Figure 5), click the email activation link address, and continue to the next step.

　　 6. Fill in the password.
Now officially enter the registration phase. There are five steps to register. The first step is to register users (see Figure 6). After filling in your password, click Next (it is important to remember your user name and password).

　　 7. Fill in the basic information.
Fill in as required (note: items with "*" are required), and click Next after completion (see Figure 7).

　　 8. Fill in personal experience.
Click Next after filling in (see Figure 8).

　　 9. Upload personal photos.
This item is required. Photos within 300K in jpg format can be directly printed on the registration form (see Figure 9).

　　 10. Complete the registration.
After filling in the form (note: the items with "*" are required), click the print preview button of the application form. If there is no error after checking, you can save it to the machine through (File - Save As) for printing. Finally, click to complete the registration (see Figure 10).

　　 11. Submit the paper application form.
After registration, submit the printed application form to the Youth League Committee of the department for review and seal, and then submit it to the Youth League Committee of the school for review and filing, waiting for the school's notice.
