In Aheqi County, there is such a volunteer. He comes from Jinan, a spring city with a beautiful spring. But he can speak Shandong dialect and Northeast dialect fluently; Wearing a black windbreaker and a scholarly face, you can hum two English songs and dance with the music; In summer, I often hold a book when I go back and forth. In winter, I will walk in the street or improvise boxing, so that I always adhere to good living habits. Shandong is the gate of Confucianism and Mohism, the hometown of Confucius and Mencius, and he is also a young man with great literary talent. He is Zhu Yonghui.
. He majored in English, Band 8. In the early summer of 11 years, he went to the remote terraced fields in Yunnan alone to collect wind. On the bus, he made friends with a Canadian friend named Marie. He unexpectedly talked about Chinese culture with the western guest at a Chinese dinner table, which impressed Marie deeply.
I call him a good man, but it is not a casual empty talk. First, he has a good heart. Among the many volunteers in Ahqi County, no one does not boast that Yonghui will be a kind and virtuous person. Second, he did a good job. He did things slowly, but he wanted perfection. In the service unit, because of his excellent handwriting, the government team often asks him to write or write letters to distant guests. From his words, you can feel the peace in his heart. In this period of development in China, it is really rare to keep the ancient style calmly and safely. In our volunteers and in our hope service team, he has always been giving in silence. Because of him, our achievements seem to have stepped on the elevator and stepped up step by step. Because of him, our work is shining and our career has a broader world.
I am also a college student volunteer serving in Aheqi County. In college, I have been working hard and struggling, hoping to be excellent and not degenerate. In order to pursue my own ideal and realize my dream of setting foot in the west, I came to Xinjiang, and luckily came to the Pamirs Plateau, and came to the lovely Ahqi. What happened gradually is my whole life. Because of volunteer service, I like public welfare undertakings. Because I met like-minded friends, I also became a westerner, reaping a joyful sense of achievement every day. The days spent with volunteers have become the most unforgettable and proud days in my life.
 Among our volunteers, he will always be a person worthy of praise and learning, because he has too many shining points. Only by touching him closely can we know his generosity, and only by speaking with him in his heart can we know his inner openness. I am one of them. In my heart, I call him Brother, but it is natural to call him Yonghui outside. Getting to know him makes me understand a very simple truth - that is, a long way away, you know the horse power, and a long time, you will see the heart. At the beginning of contact, we may see that he is not good at speaking, or we may feel that he is unknown. After a long time, we know that he is a very bold, open-minded person who likes to make true friends. If you want to see his endless conversation, it is probably only in class or when he is drunk with friends. When he tutors students, you can see his "happy face", his "eloquence", and how happy the students who are close to him are. With him, his students are happy and fruitful.
Among our volunteers, there are many conscientious people, but he is one of the few who can really work hard. One thing, he will think about how to make it more perfect and perfect. His heart lies in his attitude, not doing things for the sake of doing things, not finishing things for the sake of finishing them. He devotes himself to almost everything. This kind of persistent spirit is very touching to us.
As volunteers, we came to Xinjiang not only to experience life, but also to do something valuable and meaningful in Xinjiang. Let Xinjiang change a little bit because of us. In the future, when I recall from afar, I can see how beautiful it would be to see the roads we have traveled, the words we have written, the saplings we have planted, and the children we have helped. This is our simple dream, which Zhu Yonghui has been pursuing. In 2010, he came to Aheji from Shandong Province. At first, he just wanted to have a classroom that can accommodate dozens of children, a few pieces of chalk, a eraser, and a small blackboard of his own, like in the movie "Beautiful Feet", to have classes and play with children. But according to the organizational arrangement, he did not teach as he wished, but was assigned to the government office. But he is also conscientious and dutiful. He meticulously completes many trivial and meticulous tasks in the office.
At the end of 2011, our Hope Volunteer Service Team was set up. Without hesitation, he took up his own responsibility and gave three or four students voluntary English tutoring by using his professional knowledge. There was no classroom, no blackboard, no chalk, just a book, a pen, and he began to lecture tirelessly and without interruption. The days with students are always his happiest time. Perhaps because of this, his wishes are fulfilled and his service is without regret.
Every night from 9:00 to 11:30, in an office on the first floor, there will be four children and a teacher wearing black coats and black glasses speaking English together, laughing and preaching from time to time. Several children listened attentively and learned to sing English songs. Learning English songs made them interested and confident in English. They were also the happiest time of the day when they were with Mr. Zhu. Day after day, almost every day. After several months, he didn't miss class because of other things, because in his mind, giving lessons to students at night is the most important thing. When the weekend came, the students still couldn't leave him. They ran to the office early to find him. He would take them on an outing and play table tennis together. I remember that on May Day, he and other volunteers went to Kuqa Mysterious Grand Canyon to play together. Before leaving in the morning, he could not let some of his students go. Afraid that they would be bored in those three days, he brought them a pair of table tennis rackets. It was a very touching little thing, but we could see his personality charm from it.
58. English is always a slow work, which requires concentration and patience. What will always teach students is not only how to improve their English scores, but also how to become interested in English, how to master English learning methods, how to develop good learning habits, how to look at the differences between Chinese and Western cultures, and how to learn and use English flexibly. Now several students are quite familiar with the daily English language. Although they don't use much in the exam, I believe they will gradually realize the teacher's hard work in the future.
Mr. Zhang is a little boy from Weinan, Shaanxi Province. Two years ago, he came to Ahqi County with his parents, who opened an affordable snack bar in Ahqi County, right next to our office building. Zhang Ke was the first student of Yonghui. Because of his quick results, he attracted Liu Pengfei, Wang Zhuo and Xu Xubao. English is their weak subject, but under the guidance of Yonghui, their performance soon improved, and they gradually liked English.
