Get involved in the "roof primary school", volunteer to teach and solve worries

Like hundreds of food markets in Wuhan, Gaojiatai in Jianghan District has nothing special. However, it is hard to imagine that in such a noisy place, there is a primary school - Lingzhi Primary School hidden on the roof. This is a private primary school for the children of migrant workers. The whole school has six grades and ten classes on the second floor; The first floor is the food market. The roof is a platform on which children raise flags, do exercises and play games every day. Therefore, it is named "Roof Primary School".

In March 2005, when Lang Kun, who was serving as the secretary of the Youth League branch in her freshman year, learned about the living and learning conditions of the children in the "Roof Primary School", she could no longer sit still, contacted the school, visited the site, and communicated repeatedly... After many communications, the two sides finally agreed that Lang Kun would organize volunteer teaching in the Roof Primary School and provide music, dance Art, calligraphy and English. Under the organization of Lang Kun, every year, new teachers take over the baton and stand on the platform of the "Roof Primary School", but what remains unchanged is the keen attention and meticulous care for the children of migrant workers.
