China Youth Network Beijing, May 4 (Reporter Li Chuan) On the afternoon of May 3, the Chinese Youth Volunteer Overseas Service Plan Guizhou Aid Myanmar Project volunteer expedition ceremony was held at the International Conference Center of Guizhou Normal University Huaxi Campus. Liu Xiaokai, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee and head of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee, Han Hui, secretary of the Party Committee of Guizhou Normal University, Min Jiangtao, deputy secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Communist Youth League, and other officials attended the ceremony. Representatives of Guizhou Provincial Foreign Aid Office, Guizhou Provincial Volunteer Action Guidance Center, and Guizhou Youth Volunteer Service Foundation Relevant responsible comrades of the Youth League Committee of Guizhou Normal University, 17 volunteers who are going to Myanmar and 350 young volunteers participated in the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Liu Xiaokai presented the flag to the Guizhou Myanmar Volunteer Service Team and raised hopes for the volunteers. He hoped that the Myanmar aid volunteers would closely focus on the overall situation of the party and the country's diplomatic work, act as good ambassadors, spread friendship, and be disseminators of Chinese civilization; In the volunteer service work, we should combine knowledge with practice, be diligent in learning, be good at creation, be willing to contribute, and actively practice the core socialist values. Later, Han Hui, the secretary of the University Party Committee, Yin Xihui, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee, and Min Jiangtao, the deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League Provincial Committee, presented equipment to the aid volunteers in Myanmar.

Under the national flag, 17 volunteers of aid to Myanmar swore an oath and made a commitment that they would unite and love, cooperate with each other, do their best, work hard without pay, and do more practical and good things for the people of Myanmar. Practice the volunteer spirit of "dedication, love, mutual assistance and progress" with practical actions, spread Chinese culture, publicize colorful Guizhou, win dignity and honor for the motherland, and make positive contributions to enhancing the friendship between China and Myanmar.

It is reported that Guizhou Normal University has sent 21 foreign aid volunteers in 4 batches. Among the 17 volunteers who went to Myanmar to carry out volunteer services this time, 13 are from Normal University. They will carry out volunteer services in Myanmar for a period of six months to one year, engaging in volunteer services in martial arts, table tennis, architecture, information technology and other professions.
