Since 2013, in accordance with the spirit of the relevant documents of the Central Committee of Xinjiang Normal University and the Ministry of Education, Xinjiang Normal University has started to recruit and establish the first Xinjiang Normal University graduate student support group (the 15th graduate student support group). According to the relevant provisions of Xinjiang Normal University on the recommendation of outstanding fresh undergraduate graduates to study for master's degree without examination, the university has established a leading group for the work of graduate student support group, The Western Planning Project Management Office (hereinafter referred to as the Project Office) of our school is responsible for the overall planning of the project management of the postgraduate education support group, specifically responsible for the recruitment, selection, training, management, dispatch and assessment of the education support group.

According to the recruitment criteria of open recruitment, voluntary registration and selective selection, Xinjiang Normal University has successively recruited 13 graduate student support groups for three times since 2015. The members of graduate student support groups from different majors and colleges of our university have gone to Hotan, Xinjiang for three years to carry out volunteer services.

Over the past three years, the members of the Graduate Education Branch have always adhered to the school motto of "erudite and honest, and act as a teacher", and practiced the volunteer spirit of "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress" on the land of Hotan. In addition to doing a good job in daily teaching, they have carried out a variety of volunteer support work. The first research group won the honorary title of "2013 One Foundation Warm Season Public Welfare Partner", and the second research group won the silver award of "the first China Youth Volunteer Service Project Competition".

In August 2015, five members of the third postgraduate teaching delegation of Xinjiang Normal University will go to Hotan, Xinjiang, to start a one-year teaching support trip. In this year, the members of Xinjiang Normal University graduate branch will continue to use their youth and blood to continue the spirit of volunteer service, inherit the banner of the branch, and do something unforgettable in a short year.
