I often ask myself why I participated in the Western Plan? What are the gains? What are your plans for the next step?

With the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, with full enthusiasm and a high sense of social responsibility, we will devote our love, spread our positive ability and go to the grass-roots level to exercise. We should train ourselves, orient our life goal at the place where the motherland and people need most, inject fresh blood and vitality into the grassroots, and bring hope to them. Jointly create a beautiful west.

Sunshine always comes after wind and rain. I was born in a farmer's family. My childhood was longer than that of a field. When it comes to fields, it is a kind of "feeling".

However, in my hometown, poor natural environment, lack of resources and weak infrastructure have caused poverty. Because of poverty, many partners around have given up studying, herding sheep in the mountains, and going out to work. Therefore, I firmly told myself that I must study hard and use the power of knowledge to change destiny, change society and help others. Because there are different dialects in different places, people here can't understand what I'm saying at the beginning, and of course there are many who can't understand what I'm saying, so when I first arrived at the grass-roots level, I encountered some difficulties and pressure in life and work. Many lonely nights I have been disappointed, wandering in the dream and reality, thinking about my direction in the vast road of life. But I remember this sentence, after the mentality decides everything, calm down and adjust the mentality to adapt. Through continuous learning and re learning, there is no language barrier between us; And it has become the best relationship. Through these things, I learned that there is nothing I can't do but learn. When you try your best to learn, I will gradually adapt and succeed.

In the past year, I have always maintained a high enthusiasm and a high sense of responsibility for my work. I have always maintained a positive attitude of being proactive, optimistic, and kind to others.
