1. Create sharing and joining

1.1 Join Sharing (Auto Join/Manual Join)

Double click the shared device under [Join Sharing] to automatically join screen sharing

If the screen sharing device is not found automatically, you can manually enter [IP address of sharing end] to join the sharing

1.2 Select shared picture (full screen/selection area/window)

Click [+Create Share] to create a new screen share. You can select [Select Full Screen] to share the full screen, select [Screen Selection] to select the area you want to share, or select a specific window you want to share through [Select Window] to share the screen

2. Main page introduction

The main page is divided into screen sharing preview area, member list area and function bar

3. Introduction to function buttons

3.1 Recording

Click Record to start the recording of screen sharing, and click again to stop, so as to help you record wonderful moments in time

3.2 IP information

Move the mouse to [IP] to display your machine name and IP address, which is convenient for others to enter manually and join the sharing

3.3 Multiple choice questions (note: this function can only be used when other members join)

Click [Multiple choice questions], select the member who wants to ask questions in the right [Member list area] and click [Confirm], then enter a question in [Title], and select a question type in [Select answer mode]. The choices are judgment questions, multiple choice questions, and blank filling questions

3.4 Drawing board

Click the [Draw Pad] function, and a toolbar will appear at the top of the screen. You can select a brush, box, line, circle, arrow, and text box for the sharer to make notes or circle in time when sharing on the screen.

3.5 Batch transmission

Click Batch Transfer, select the object you want to transfer from the member list on the right, select the file you want to send, and click Open; The transferred member nicknames and transfer progress will pop up automatically after completion.

3.6 File path

Click [File Path] to view the storage location of the accepted files immediately

3.7 Switching Sharing

Click [Switch Sharing] to change screen sharing settings

3.8 Exit Sharing

Click [Exit Sharing] → [Exit] to exit screen sharing.
