Methods and steps for BarTender to read the number of labels printed from the database

The following steps are how to obtain the label print quantity from the database in BarTender:

We want to print the number of label copies in the database, and then connect to this database in BarTender.

At this time, we can refer to the example of BarTender connecting to the Excel database

Then we open the corresponding label document, click the print button in the menu bar, select the corresponding printer in the pop-up "Print" dialog box, and click the button on the right of the copies in the number column of the print tab.

Then on the right side of the pop-up dialog box, check "Get quantity from database field", and select the field representing quantity from the database field.

Next, click OK to return to the print dialog box and print labels according to actual requirements.
