The way of customs clearance for imported cosmetics:

1、 Declaration

In addition to the declaration of imported cosmetics according to the relevant regulations of the General Administration of Customs, the first imported cosmetics shall also meet the following conditions:

（1） For the import of cosmetics for which the state implements the hygiene license, the hygiene license for the import of cosmetics approved by the relevant competent department of the state shall be obtained.

（2） For cosmetics that are put on record by the state, relevant record keeping certificates shall be obtained.
