Jiyang College of Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University is located in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, one of the first strong cities in education in Zhejiang Province, which is an advanced county and city in education in China. It is an independent full-time undergraduate college approved by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province. The college, formerly known as Tianmu College of Zhejiang Forestry University, was founded by Zhejiang Forestry University (the predecessor of Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University) in 2000.
