Colleges:

In order to encourage students of the college to study abroad and exchange, and further promote the internationalization process of the college, according to the Measures of Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University Jiyang College for Students to Study Abroad (Trial) (Jiyang University [2023] No. 99), it is decided to carry out the application for students to study abroad and exchange in the spring of 2024. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

  1、 Applicant

The 2024 students who have received the admission notice of master's degree from overseas universities and institutions, and have not received the subsidy at the undergraduate stage.

  2、 Application conditions

1. Love the motherland, abide by laws and disciplines, be honest and trustworthy, be good at both academic and moral qualities, be physically and mentally healthy, and have no record of violations of laws and regulations during school;

2. Good overall quality, with an average grade point of 2.2 (inclusive) or above.

  3、 Funding scope and standards

For the students who have obtained the admission notice of master's degree from overseas universities and institutions, the subsidy is 500 yuan/person (see Annex 1 for details).

4、 Application procedure

  1. Individual application

Eligible students should fill in the Application Form for Overseas Study Exchange Funding for Students of Jiyang College of Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University (Annex 2) and submit relevant supporting materials (including the admission notice of postgraduate students from overseas universities and institutions and the Chinese transcripts during the school period) before May 24. Paper materials should be submitted to the college for review, The electronic version is named with "2024 spring funding (master's program) - class - name", compressed and sent to the designated email address of each college.

  2. Preliminary review of each college

All colleges should adhere to the principle of "openness, fairness and justice" and carefully do a good job in the preliminary review of grants according to the application conditions. According to the paper materials submitted by students, review and sign the review opinions, and submit the paper materials to the Administration Building 310 before May 31.

  3. Review and summary of International Cooperation and Exchange Department (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Office)

The International Cooperation and Exchange Department (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Office) will review and summarize the list according to the materials submitted by each college.

  4. Final review by the International Cooperation and Exchange Leading Group of the College

The leading group for international cooperation and exchange of the college will make a final review of the students who have passed the review, determine the list of students to be funded and publicize it.
