During the activity, students wrote down their anxiety, trouble, confusion, etc. on the post it note, put them into the emotional blind box, and randomly selected a post it note, then wrote down the encouraging and comforting reply on the sticker. At the activity site, we met with laughter and laughter, and we also met with a bright future when we put pen to paper. All kinds of questions of the students were also answered in a "fancy" way, such as "What should we do when we are under great pressure to take the postgraduate entrance exam?" The emotional relief activity of "Xiangyu Summer · Heart to Heart Talk" has built a "bridge of feelings" for students. Through mutual help, it has narrowed the distance between students and created a positive atmosphere of mental health and mutual help among peers.
