Hong Yun, secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute, Gao Guojun, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute, and heads of the Publicity Department of the CPC Zhuji Municipal Committee and the Publicity Department of the Institute participated in the forum.

Wang Kongyu spoke highly of the achievements of the college in cultural construction in recent years. She pointed out that the system of cultural commissioners is a new model and new path to explore rural revitalization, which is of great significance for promoting the prosperity and development of local culture, and universities have unique advantages in the inheritance and development of excellent culture. She hoped that both the school and the local government would establish a linkage mechanism, and from the perspective of cultural empowerment, take the willing and emotional "cultural envoys" as the carrier and starting point, match and integrate advantageous resources, create features and highlights, and write cultural achievements on the land of Zhuji.

Hong Yun said that as the only university in Zhuji, it is the due meaning of the college to contribute to the economic and social development of Zhuji. The system of cultural commissioners is also an important work for in-depth study and implementation of Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts. The college will actively respond to the call of Zhuji Municipal Party Committee and Government to select a group of outstanding cultural commissioners, go deep into the grassroots, give play to professional advantages, stimulate innovative ideas, and promote the prosperity and development of Zhuji's cultural undertakings.
