1. 1. China Franchise Network attaches great importance to the protection of intellectual property rights. Once you find that intellectual property rights (including trademarks, patents, copyrights) have been infringed, just download and fill in the Application Form for Intellectual Property Protection (Complaints) of China Franchise Network according to the instructions. Send the application form and relevant supporting materials required in the relevant application form to the complaint mailbox hugao982@163.com , the subject of the email indicated that XXX company applied for XXX amendment (deletion)

2. Download and fill in the "Application Form for Content Modification (Deletion) of China Franchise Network" according to the instructions. Individual users shall sign in person, and enterprise users shall add the official seal of the enterprise.

The application content will not be accepted under the following circumstances

1. Complaint materials that are incomplete, unclear or suspected of embezzlement and false will not be accepted

2. Complaints that are not handled by our company will not be accepted

3. The complaint will not be accepted if it does not infringe the rights and interests of other institutions or individuals

Acceptance process

1. After receiving your complaint materials and checking your identity and the authenticity and legitimacy of the complaint content, the customer service department will handle your complaint according to the following four steps according to Articles 42-45 of the Electronic Commerce Law:
The intellectual property right owner (need to provide: trademark registration certificate, patent certificate, copyright certificate, business license) can send a notice containing preliminary evidence (including links, pictures, articles of infringement) to the platform if he/she believes that his/her intellectual property rights have been infringed by the operators on the platform;
After receiving the notice, the platform shall promptly take necessary measures such as prohibiting or restricting transactions, and transmit the notice to the operators in the platform;
After receiving the notice, the operator on the platform can issue a statement to the platform that does not constitute infringement;
The platform transmits the statement of the operator in the platform to the intellectual property right holder.

2. The above four steps will be publicized by our company in accordance with Article 44 of the Electronic Commerce Law. The publicity period is about 3 working days after receiving complete materials. If the information is incomplete and cannot be processed, we will reply by email within 1-3 working days.
