Circular of Zigong Municipal People's Government on the Implementation of Urbanization Management Area

In order to strengthen the urban management, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations of Sichuan Province on the Comprehensive Treatment of Urban and Rural Environment and the Regulations of Zigong City on the Administration of Outdoor Advertisements and Signboards, we hereby announce the regions where the city implements urbanization management as follows.
1、 For the purpose of this circular, the term "urbanized management area" refers to the urban built-up area in the central urban area that has actually been developed and constructed in a large area, and has municipal public facilities and public facilities, as well as other areas that really need to be included in the urbanization management.
2、 The scope of urbanization management areas in our city:
（1） Ziliujing District: Xinjie Street, Wuxing Street, Dongxingsi Street, Guojiaao Street, Shuping Street.
（2） Gongjing District: Xiaoxi Street, Gongjing Street, Changtu Street, Aiye Town and Chengjia Town have been included in the urban development boundary of the central urban area.
（3） Da'an District: Da'an Street, Longjing Street, Machongkou Street, Heping Street, Lianggaoshan Street, Fenghuang Street, Dashanpu Town (except Wujia Village and Dinosaur Village), Tuanjie Town (except Chaotian Village, Shitang Village and Shenjia Village), Xinmin Town and Sanduozhai Town have been included in the urban development boundary of the central urban area.
（4） Yantan District: Weiping Street (except Zengjiaqiao Village), Dengguan Street, Yantan Town (except Zhanjing Village, Tianpu Village, Ping'an Village and Renmin Village), Xianshi Town (except Shangshui Village, Yuehe Village, Shihou Village, Dayan Village, Baisheng Village, Nanhe Village, Badou Village and Baishu Village), Xinglong Town has been included in the urban development boundary of the central urban area.
（5） High tech Zone: Dangui Street, Xueyuan Street, Hongqi Street, Gaofeng Street, Bancang District.
（6） Industrial parks: Zigong High tech Industrial Development Zone, Southwest (Zigong) International Inland Port, Zigong Aviation Industrial Park, Da'an Industrial Park, Yantan High tech Industrial Park.
（7） Rong County and Fushun County shall determine their own urbanization management areas.
3、 This circular shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
