On May 15, the summary meeting of the second funded educational culture festival was held in the second report hall of the library. Huang Guimei, a member of the Party Committee and vice president, as well as relevant personnel of the Ministry of Education and Work, deputy secretaries of the three departments, counselors, student representatives of the three departments, and award-winning students attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Fang Yuqian, the head of the School Work Department.
This cultural festival focuses on a series of "four once" activities, namely, "one theme class meeting", "one letter contest", "one policy publicity" and "one theme training". It has attracted more than 1000 students from the whole school to participate actively, and 47 students or groups have won awards in various activities.
Huang Guimei pointed out that although our school has established and improved the seven in one funding system of "award, assistance, loan, attendance, reduction, exemption, and compensation", and the effect of education is preliminary, the work of student funding education still has a long way to go. She hoped that everyone would raise awareness, do a good job in funding education, and create an atmosphere of funding education with full spirit and solid style; Make efforts to build a long-term mechanism for funding and educating people, and build a full-featured developmental long-term mechanism for effective integration of material assistance, moral infiltration, ability expansion, and spiritual incentives; With gratitude, determined to become a talent and actively repay the society, the subsidized students should demonstrate the energetic and enterprising spirit of special education students, actively participate in social practice, and be the beneficiaries, communicators and practitioners of the national subsidy policy.
At the meeting, a promotional video on the effectiveness of our school's student funding was broadcast, showing the remarkable achievements of our school's funding work in the past decade and the positive spirit of the students. Liu Haiqun, the vice minister of the Ministry of Education and Work, summarized the funding for this educational cultural festival. Liu Caiye, the student representative of the Department of Culture and Sports (Department of Public Management), made a speech, thanking the school for its support and teachers' care. The student representatives of the three departments signed the letter of commitment of financial aid integrity. Fang Yuqian, the person in charge of the School Work Department, read out the winners of the letter contest and the theme class meeting in this cultural festival and awarded the prizes.
