Autumn in October is the season of frost and fire, and also the season of fruitful. In order to enhance students' sports awareness, stimulate their enterprising spirit and collective sense of honor, and further standardize and improve the level of featured running exercises and shadowboxing, Huayou Rongde Primary School On the afternoon of October 26, the fifth running and shadowboxing competition was held.
After the host teacher Wang Hu read out the competition discipline, the competition of Huayou Rongde Primary School officially started.
The first part was the running exercise. The students ran vigorously on the circular track with vigorous steps and loud slogans. The mental outlook and team spirit of the class are vividly displayed, which also reflects the educational purpose of our school to always implement quality education and cultivate capable and qualified talents for the country.
Campus running is not only a kind of physical exercise, but also a collective motivation activity to enrich the campus spirit and culture. Every powerful swing of the arm, every sharp foot, every loud slogan, and every firm look show the upward spirit of Rongde students.
At the end of the running exercise, the second to sixth grade formation demonstration and Taijiquan competition will be held. Taijiquan is a unique form of exercise with profound cultural heritage. It can not only strengthen the body, but also is a treasure of traditional Chinese culture.
With the sound of music, everyone started to show Taijiquan smoothly, coherently and rhythmically. Up and down together, synthesize one gas and fall together, and the regulations are moderate. One stretch and one pull, one softness and one hardness. The moves combine physical strength and spirit, showing the fusion and warmth of Tai Chi.
At the end of the competition, Vice President Zhang Jiying gave great recognition to the performance of the students, and also put forward higher requirements for the students. He hoped that the students could unite and cooperate in the future study and life, inherit the fine culture, and become upward looking Chinese teenagers.
After a fierce competition, Class 2, Grade 3, Class 3, Grade 4, Class 3, Grade 5 and Class 2, Grade 6 of Huayou Rongde Primary School respectively won the first place in the grade group, and Grade 5 won the Best Grade Organization Award.
Running exercises build up the body with movement, while Tai Chi nourishes the mind with tranquility. This Huayou Rongde Primary School Competition deepened the students' understanding of sports spirit and enhanced their confidence in national culture. In the process of aggressive competition, the cohesion of the class has been constantly strengthened and improved, showing the positive, healthy and lively spirit of the teachers and students of Huayou Rongde Primary School. I believe that the students will bring this spirit of unity, cooperation and hard work to the next study and life, and describe a wonderful tomorrow with more high morale!
