Development paper: 4000 word research paper independently completed by students
Creativity, action and service: students complete a series of project activities with these three tasks.
The six groups of subjects are language and literature, language learning, personal and social research, science, mathematics, and art. Each group of subjects contains different courses. Students can choose to study an additional science, personal and social studies, or language learning to replace art courses. Students should learn at least 3 (but not more than 4) high-level subjects, and the rest are standard level courses. Nordanda's new STEAM interdisciplinary project was officially launched in August 2017.

The STEAM course tries to solve comprehensive problems in many fields in the real world, including science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics (STEAM), so as to cultivate students' important flexible skills, including flexibility, creativity and communication ability. We encourage students to carry out experiments in person rather than passively accept guidance, so that they can understand that even the most difficult problems can be solved through cooperation and critical thinking.
